Title: Charmless Branching Fraction Studies of B0->Ks0pi+pi- at BaBar

Speaker: Kelly Ford (Birmingham)

Abstract
The BaBar Experiment is working towards measuring the amount of CP violation contained within the B meson system by overconstraining the CKM Unitarity Triangle. This seminar addresses the inclusive charmless branching fraction measurement of B0 -> K0s pi+ pi-, and some of the intermediate resonant states, undertaken on 82 fb-1 of data. Theoretical predictions say that this mode, when combined with results from other Kpipi final states, can yield a measurement of the CKM angle gamma.

This Particle Physics Seminar will take place in room 106, Physics West, at 1315. Tea, coffee and biscuits will be served at 1300.
